School Visits play a key role in fulfilling the Wilderness Classroom's Mission. We visit as many schools as possible before, during, and after each adventure. We design our programs to meet each groups needs and interests.

Student presentations

Most programs last from 30 to 100 minutes with each group of students, we can engage classes individually or give a presentation to your whole school.

Teacher Training

Student presentations are often combined with teacher training workshops. We have had great success getting teachers excited about integrating technology and the internet into their classrooms. We taylor our workshops to the needs of your teachers and in 30 to 60 minutes everyone will be excited about implimenting learning adventures and other forms of technology in their classrooms.

Cost

Our goal is to engage as many students and educators as possible in quality presentations and workshops. The cost of each visit depends on the location of your school, the type of presentation, and the schools budget. As a general rule presentations cost between $100 and $500, with free or discounted programs for schools that qualify.
