we will be arriving in The Pas, Manitoba
. The Pas is the first town that we will pass through along our route, and
we are planning to stop to charge our batteries and pick up food for the
next leg of our journey. What should we explore while we are in The Pas?
What should we do in The Pas? A) Find some of the older people in the community and ask about what it is like to live in the area when they were kids. B) Meet with elementary school students and ask them what it is like to live in The Pas. C) Visit local museums and historic sites to learn more about the towns history.
How long should we spend in The Pas? A) As little time as possible. Pick up supplies and leave the same day. B) Spend one day and one night in The Pas exploring the town and getting to know its people. C) Spend 2 days and 2 nights there. We want you to focus on the town, even if it means traveling longer days next week and possibly having fewer chances to study wildlife for a few days after you leave . The Pas is important and a lot of time should be spent there investigating its history and culture.
