Video Conferencing

Dave and Amy try to host a live video conference once a week when they are on the trail. Registered teachers are notified via email when live chats are scheduled.

Dave and Amy are also happy to set up a private video conference with your classroom or school. If you would like to schedule a video conference please email dave at wildernessclassroom.com.

If you have not registed with the Wilderness Classroom please sign up so that you will be notified via email about video conferences, teacher training, and other educational resources.

Dave and Amy generally use Skype to connect with classrooms. It is free for you to participate, but you do need to install Skype on your computer. We recommend that you install and test Skype to make sure it is working properly before gathering your classroom in front of the computer and connecting with us. This usually only takes a couple of minutes, but you may need a tech person at your school to assist you.
