Rich foods make for upset stomachs printer.gif

During our time in Breves, we maybe went a little crazy eating rich foods. This hasn't agreed with the stomachs of several team members. We need your suggestions to help them recover. What foods should they eat? What do you usually do to feel better when your stomach doesn't feel very good?

Answer to yesterday's dilemma:

We are excited to hear that some schools are recycling paper, glass, plastic bottles and other products. We hope more schools will start recycling and reusing paper and other items as well.

What is your favorite part of the Trans-Amazon Expedition?

Hi, everyone!

Usually when I am sick I lay down and sleep. Do not forget to stay warm as it will help void the infection. Do not do a lot of activity.

I think you should drink ginger ale/caffine free sprite and eat saltine crackers. When I'm sick, this is my method of feeling releif!

I would drink water and eat shrimp it always makes me happy and makes me feel good.

Nina says chewing on ice, just lie down,if you have ginger ale or any other kind of soda ,you could drink it slowly. Are there natural roots or herbs that you have access to?

you should feed them water evry moment they feel like drinking it. tell them never to eat that stuff agin and get them to the closest doctor and see whats upi and do what ever the doctor says

try drinking some water

I think you should make them some soup with natrual herbs and leaves etc. Chicken soup helps me get better!

They should eat less crazy foods and drink 7up
