How can you reduce the amount of trash you produce? printer.gif

A couple of weeks ago, we posted a daily dilemma about reducing the amount of trash that we produce on the expedition. Now, we are wondering about you and your school. What are some ways that you can reduce the amount of trash that you produce? Do you recycle at home? Does your school have a recycling program?

Our school has a recycling program,we reuse water bottles.

We recycle at school. We all recycle paper and scraps. We also recycle computer ink cartridges. The teachers recycle glass and plastic bottles.

You could use glass plates instead of paper plates! That is one thing I do at my house.

Or school has big recycleying bins and a composter!

We recyle paper at school and at home I recyle anything my mom or dad says to
