We think that you should use natural materials to make farewell cards for Warren. Using the local materials will remind Warren of his experience in the Rainforest.

We are sad that Warren will be leaving. How about each of the members writing him a special letter and putting it into a book form for Warren to keep.

I think you should give him ways to still contact you. Then to say goodbye, you should have a nice dinner that night dedicated to him. Then you should each tell him something about him or that you will miss him and tell him to keep in touch with you.

I think you should go somewhere quit and get all the village people(most of the village people) and have a surprise farewell party! I think Warren will be very surprised!!

I think that you should give warren a party. Maybe even a surprise party. I think warren would like that a lot. Where ever you guys are staying next if it is with some people they should tell you what they do for some one leaving and they should join in and help set up for what the cerimony is.

I think you should let Warren know that he helped a lot and you would definitely want to include him in next years Trans-Amazon Expedition. You could throw a party, or do something similar to what children do: a signing pillow/poster (or any other materials). or create a scrap-book of some of the materials you saw a lot while floating down the river (leaves, feathers, fruits, etc.). Finally, say something sweet: "Thank you SOOOO much, Warren, for joining us on The Trans-Amazon Expedition of 2008. We will all miss you and your super fun personality," and you can top that off with even more nice thoughts. Good-bye and good luck, Warren!!

I think that writing letters about your trip and your experiences shared with him would be nice. However, I think a nice dinner with as many guests as you think Warren might like is a great good-bye celebration.

You can have a little fiesta for him serving him native dishes. You can play his music, maybe you can even download some music for him on an i-pod and give him that as a present.

Also,have a big ceremony for him and not dress up like Power Rangers.

Throw him a party. Tell him how much you will miss him. Make the party so special. When he gets to it, it should mean the world to him. He should remember it not only because he went to the rain forest, but because you guys are his friends and were always there for him and he will know how much you will miss him. Tell him you will keep in touch with him and tell him what is going on. You can tell him to go to the website. You should put something on wilderness classroom to remember him and say how much he meant to you. It's not like he's dying, but you will miss him and so will all of us. I WILL MISS YOU WARREN!!!! I LOVE THE JOB YOU'VE DONE!!!

We think you should take the day off before he leaves and do something he wants to do. At the end of the day, have a party for him with some favorite Rain Forest foods and present him with a picture of the group in a frame made of materials from the Amazon Rain Forest. Maybe you could even put a frog in his sleeping bag! Won't he be surprised!

I think you should put a slidshow/vidio of Warren doing stuff on preivius expiditions or on this expidition. It would also be cool if you went an a photo scaveture hunt. What you do is write a list of animals in the rainforrest and give each one a piont valou. When you find one of theanimals take a picture of it. The one with the most pionts at the end wins!!!

I think that you guys should throw him a surprise party and make him really cool gifts out of stuff you can't find here in the USA. Something only found there so that once he's gone he will remember being in the rain forest and how special it was.

It is so sad that Warren will be leaving. If you have a camera that can print instant pictures, take pictures of yourselves and give them to him so he remembers you. If you have a camera that can email pictures and he has an email address, email the pictures. If you don't have any of those things, you could give him a surprise party.

I think you guys should make him something out of stuff that you can only find there and not in the USA. That way once he's gone he will remember what a great journey that was! Good luck and I will miss you Warren! Bye!

You could trade one of you items to get a gift or buy a gift for her. Or you could go to a local family and ask what a special way to say good buy is or a special item you could find in the rain forest that would make a good gift or you could ask them what they do in times like this. Also you could throw a party for her.

Throw a party! Everyone loves to party. Maybe you could dance a little or have a fiest of Warrens favorite foods. Maybe do a night conoeing trip and swim with pink dolphins! I am so sorry Warren has to leave. Make sure that he will remeber you guys!☺☻

We think you should have a special fish dinner tonight with Warren. Then, make a book of all the things you are doing while he's not there. That way, he won't be missing out on anything.

Throw Warren a good-bye party with their native music, take pictures to share, give them a present (something you make or that you used so he can have a special memory from being on the team). :) Each of them write him a letter and combine them so it will be a special book.
Give him a big group hug and find a way, if possible, to make a cake!

My class had several suggestions. One would be to make a special video or music tape using sounds of the Amazon to either give to Martin and/or to share with us. Also, along the same lines, to share memories of Martin with each other and with us.

And, you could always go for a swim afterwards.

Throw Warren a good-bye party. Put up signs that say we miss you and write him good-bye letters. Give them something special that they have so Warren can have this as a momento. Take a picture of your the crew and give it to Warren with a special made picture frame (made out of twigs :))

Maybe you can put together a picture memory book of all the fun times you had on your journey.

Make some presents from the natural things around your site and cook his favorite meal and get him a Coke for the special occasion.

Many of us think you should give him a surprise party and a scrapbook of the trip so far. Many also suggested to stay in touch with him and send him sourvenirs and pictures of the rest of your trip so he stays connected to this adventure.

You should paint a lizard and give it to him

I think that you should create a scrapbook or photo-book of everything so that he will always remember the trip.(even though I know he can't forget it). So just once again I think that you should make a scrapbook and put special pictures or plants in it and give it to him. I know he will like it. Good Luck

I think that for the last time being with warren is to go canoeing.I think that he would enjoy that alot, and give happy memories of each other and then take some pictures.
