What Should We Study When We're in Towns? printer.gif

This week we are following a small river that breaks away from the main channel of the Amazon River for over 180 miles. We are encountering a lot more animals, but the communities are smaller and further apart from each other. Next week we will be paddling down the main river channel again. We will probably encounter more towns along the main river channel, and we need you to help us decide what to study in the towns along the way.

We would love to learn more about schools in the Amazon and compare them with our school.

Finding out about what tools they use and how they use them, could be interesting and helpful for you

I think that you should focus on houses because they seem very different. When you guys came to our school, you showed us some of the types of houses there. I bet there's alot to learn about them.

From Caitlin

I think it would be better if you learned about the schools so we could understand just how much better our schools are.

The answer is spend time at a school
